Contact Us

As part of our commitment to overall health and well-being, HNH Fitness offers a full-amenity Wellness Spa. The Spa, which offers a variety of massages, is open to all members of the public.

Allow your body, mind and spirit to experience the art of massage. Whether it is to unwind from a stressful day or to help deal with chronic pain, a Wellness Spa massage will relax and refresh you. Our therapists will consult with you to customize the best massage technique for your needs.

Swedish Massage

This technique uses a lighter touch than a standard massage, incorporating the perfect mix of Swedish massage techniques to help you feel relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated.

Deep Tissue Massage/Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT)

A step above a Swedish massage, the pressure with this technique is more intense. Deep tissue massage is used for chronically tight or painful muscles, repetitive strain, postural problems or recovery from an injury. By focusing pressure on specific points, it will help decrease pain and improve mobility.

Sports Massage

This is the perfect technique for the weekend warrior and advanced athlete. Sports massage uses a combination of techniques and focuses on preventing and treating injury, stretching and enhancing athletic performance.

Medical Massage

This technique is adapted to the special needs of individuals with different health conditions, including cancer, fibromyalgia, heart disease, orthopedic ailments and many more.

Active Release Technique (ART)

This massage treats your body's soft tissue with manipulation and movement. It entails identifying, isolating and targeting affected areas, which promotes blood flow and faster healing of injuries.
