HNH Fitness is excited to introduce Healthy Weight + Healthy You, a comprehensive 8-week nutrition and exercise program available for both members and non-members. This innovative program is conveniently offered in-person and virtually, helping you to maximize your health no matter your schedule.
Healthy Weight + Healthy You program highlights include:
- Weekly wellness workshops with nutrition and fitness specialists providing expert guidance on portion control, mindful eating, intermittent fasting, and more.
- Digital meal planning with recipes and grocery lists (3 months of access).
- In-depth nutritional evaluations, with insights into personal dietary habits and specific nutrient quantities (provided in Week 1 and Week 8).
- Group exercise classes after each workshop (for in-person program participants).

- Healthy Weight + Healthy You in-person program ($198.00): weekly educational presentations, in-depth nutritional evaluations, access to digital meal planning with recipes and grocery lists, program-specific group exercise classes (50% discount for current HNH Fitness Members – Only $99.00!)
- Healthy Weight + Healthy You virtual program ($89.00): weekly educational presentations, in-depth nutritional evaluations, access to digital meal planning with recipes and grocery lists.
Weekly wellness workshops are held on Thursdays at 6:00pm. Group exercise classes immediately follow, from 7:00-7:45pm (for in-person program participants).
