A weight training class designed to sculpt your entire body, using a variety of light and heavy dumbbells based generally on two upper and two lower body parts. A great class for everyone, from beginners to advanced participants.

Intense cardio/sculpting class will push you to your limit and work your entire body. This class is a good option for intermediate to advanced participants.

This class is designed for anyone who cannot get down on a mat, but is open to all.

In this class, you'll cycle for 30 minutes, and then end your workout with a 15 minute stretch.

While this class is suitable for intermediate to advanced participants, using lighter weights and modifying the exercises opens it up to anyone.

A heart pumping workout for all ages and levels. Taught on a stationary bike, you will climb, sprint, and train to energizing music and motivating instructions.

This type of yoga is calming and meditative. All poses are done on the floor with very little movement and basically only 5 positions. All poses are supported by props such as bolster blocks and blankets. These are used to assist in relaxing the body. The poses and breath are calming and bring the body back to rejuvenation through relaxing and letting go. It's a class for anyone.

This class offers a variety of exercises designed to strengthen the ankles, hips, knee, and hip joints while improving reaction time, strengthening muscles, and increasing the range of movements of daily life activities. The class incorporates elastic bands, balls, and weights, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing exercises and support. While this class is programmed for seniors, it is open to anyone of any level.

A dynamic combination of step, athletic drills with steps, and weights.

This class is designed to build strength and endurance. It includes circuit training, cardio exercise, body weight exercises and finishes with core training and stretching for a complete workout. All levels are welcome.

This class is designed for all level participants and incorporates gentle movements, stretching, yoga style poses, and a relaxing meditation. It's a class for everyone.

This class is a full body workout. It incorporates strength, balance, flexibility, core stability, and cardiovascular training all in one.

Multi-level "Hatha" yoga class promotes balance, strength, and flexibility through various postures and breath techniques. It's a great class for relaxation and renewal. Come and unwind. All levels are welcome.

This class incorporates dance moves from flamenco, salsa, and other dances. Zumba is a style of dance/aerobics done to pulsating Latin music.
