A weight training class designed to sculpt your entire body, using a variety of light and heavy dumbbells based generally on two upper and two lower body parts. A great class for everyone, from beginners to advanced participants.

The class incorporates elastic bands, balls, and weights, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing exercises and support. While this class is programmed for seniors, it is open to anyone of any level.

Multi-level "Hatha" yoga class promotes balance, strength, and flexibility through various postures and breath techniques. It's a great class for relaxation and renewal. Come and unwind. All levels are welcome.

This class incorporates dance moves from flamenco, salsa, and other dances. Zumba is a style of dance/aerobics done to pulsating Latin music.
