• Holy Name employees' spouses are eligible for the Holy Name employee discount rate

Spouses are eligible for a discount (add-on membership), and any children (over the age of 14) who are full-time students can sign up for the student rate.

• Access to our virtual group classes, except for the group cycle and TRX classes
• This membership does not include in-person classes or gym floor access

• 12-month, single memberships are bound to a contract for the year and therefore, cannot be canceled. There is a 10% termination fee of the remaining balance if the contract is not fulfilled. After one year, all memberships become open-ended.
• For open-ended memberships, we require 30 days notice to cancel, and it must be done in person at the front desk.

• Members are eligible to freeze their membership up to three months per calendar year.
  • The first month freeze is free. Each additional month is $15, or $30 for the two additional months.
  • Members must provide at least 15 days notice prior to the requested freeze date.
  • Short-term/paid-in-full, and streaming memberships are not eligible for freezes. Exceptions do apply; please see an HNH Fitness team member for details.
• Medical Freezes
  • There is no charge for a medical freeze.
  • Members can freeze up to six months. Exceptions do apply; please see an HNH Fitness team member for details. Members must provide a medical note to apply for a medical freeze.
  • They can bring in a copy, fax it to 201-262-4749 (attn: N. Duran), or email it to hnhfitness@holyname.org.

We are able to provide you with a copy of your invoices, which you can forward directly to your insurance company. Most insurance companies do reimburse for gym membership, even if it's only partial reimbursement.

We suggest you contact your insurance company to see if they will reimburse you for your membership rates. If so, we can provide you with a copy of your invoices to forward to them.
